i wish there was more choices in keycaps cause the dsa just don't work for me, but that is not the worse thing all in all the keyboard came well packed and nothing was damaged, just a little bit of messed up edges on the keycaps. the best part is the pcb and really the only part that matters, but the case i fell like could have been better. Also sadly couldn't get a tenting case, but kinda happy that i didn't because i would rather go somewhere else for a case.

This is not my first corne but it is my first V4

Was looking to try the v4 so I got both the tented and untented case kits. Both were well made with the colors matching the pictures on the web very well. There was a small bit of wobble when the tenting screws were near the max height but I prefer a low or no tenting so not an issue for me. Together with the v4 pcb kit which came presoldered and flashed, this was the easiest corne I have ever assembled. Cost was reasonable, considering ease of build and quick delivery.

Great case. If you get the tented case just be aware there’s a small amount of wobble due to the tenting screws being loose enough to be hand adjusted. It doesn’t affect typing and since it’s for the sake of easy adjustability it doesn’t bother me (hence the high rating), but if you’re someone that would be bothered by even a little wobble then this might not be the case for you.

Yes, as you mention, the minimal amount of wobble is because the case is designed in such a way that the screws can be easily adjusted by hand, in a previous version you would have had to use something like an allen key making it more difficult to modify the tenting angle. Really appreciate your feedback and will be looking for ways to continue improving the design.

Good case

Nice compact case with adjustable tenting. Only thing is the screws are a little loose and case wobbles just a little bit not too much to disrupt typing.

Thanks so much for your review! The case is designed with brass heat set inserts for the tenting screw threads so that you can easily adjust the tenting angle by hand. Because of this, the screws can have the minimal amount of wobble you've described without really having an effect on the typing experience. In a previous version these threads were not used so you had to use an allen key to adjust the angle as they were too difficult to adjust by hand. I will continue to look for ways to improve the design further. Really appreciate your feedback!
