Where do you ship to?
As of right now, orders ship anywhere in the US, including Puerto Rico where we are based. We are hoping to expand to other countries in the future. If you are located outside of the US and are interested in our products, contact us so we are aware of your interest as we continue to expand.
How long before my order ships?
Orders will normally ship between 2-8 business days after they are placed. If your order includes a made to order item like the 3d printed cases, these can account for orders taking a bit longer within this range, otherwise your orders will most likely ship in 2-5 business days.
What are your shipping options?
All orders ship with USPS. We offer free shipping with USPS Ground Advantage if your order exceeds $49. Otherwise, there are three USPS shipping options we offer:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
All packages include shipping insurance to cover the cost of replacing items lost in transit.
