Will I need to do any soldering?

We currently offer fully pre-soldered components so you do not have to do any soldering to finish your build. Despite this, there may be some components (like the Corne OLED screens) that will still require soldering for installation.

Do you accept returns?

Do to the nature of DIY and the products sold on this shop, we don't accept returns or refunds at this time. However, if you have a problem with your order, like a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact us so we can help make it right.

We recommend testing your PCB before soldering anything. If a PCB has been soldered, we cannot determine if the issue is from the factory or due to a soldering mistake and won't be able to correct it.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled. However, if it still hasn't shipped and you'd like to make a modification to your order, contact us and we can probably help if it hasn't been packed yet.
